Vicky Ratnani- An early bird in finding his purpose of life.He get inspired by the flavors of food in the early stages of his life. He mentioned that his family and his friends inspired him in cooking.

As a cooking Enthusiast, he completed his graduation at Dadar Catering College (Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai). To his surprise,he got a chance to work as a Personal chef for Mr.Nelson Mandela. Than, his journey begins as a Executive chef for Queen Victoria. His untiring passion and perseverance brought him the recognition as “Chef of the year-2015” at Indian Restaurant awards.
This untiring soul wants to share his wisdom to the universe and that idea made him to publish the book “Vicky goes Veg”. This book made him to hunt the “BEST VEGETARIAN COOKBOOK AWARD”.
The artist needs a gallery to showcase his skills. Yes Vicky Ratnani knew that. He decided to start the restaurant and named as “The korner houseby” in Mumbai. Wherever he goes his passion made him to sit at the peak in his way. Times Food award in 2017 recognized this restaurant as the “BEST RESTAURANT-EUROPEAN CUISINE”
In his cookery of life, his wife Pia Ratnani adds the flavorful taste. She mentioned that she fell in love with his cooking style. Added that she only brings salt and pepper ingredients in her food. On the other hand,Vicky is a master in adding ingredients and he is passionate about choosing the right ingredients. Vicky’s dream project is to start the culinary school and he also made his fiance as a Vice Principal.
The secret of bringing the tasty food lies in adding the ingredients in the correct order and choosing the natural ingredients. He chooses food as his carrier and excels in it. The art of finding our purpose lies in our own hand.
